Abigail Keith is a proven leader with experience and knowledge in all phases of the mortgage lending industry.
Her career began at Pinnacle Direct Funding/Pinnacle Financial Corporation in 2001. During her time at Pinnacle, she acquired experience as a Trade Manager for 7 years, overseeing 3 departments and selling thousands of loans on the secondary market. Abigail then spent the following year as an Asset Manager, for non-performing second mortgages, establishing workout plans and short sale transactions for approximately 4,000 delinquent accounts in order to maximize extraction of cash flow to the lien holder. The next 4 years, she worked as an Operations Manager, assisting in the development of a short term finance company. She managed the process from approvals to funding, as well as servicing all accounts. In addition, Abigail brings 7 years of experience collectively as an Underwriter, Quality Control Analyst and Underwriting Manager for both front end and forensic loan files for Digital Risk Mortgage Services. She is now a member of the Fountainhead team facilitating the closing, post-closing, servicing and purchase of the SBA 7a and SBA 504 loan programs.
